Salad “Love freshness”

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh radishes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 100 g lettuce
  • 4 eggs
  • dill and parsley
  • few sprigs of green onion
  • 100 g full-fat cream
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation: Boil eggs, peel them and cut them into halves. Cut the rest of ingredients into small pieces. Arrange the bottom of the bowl with lettuce leaves and place cucumbers on top. Make the dressing by mixing cream with salt and pepper and and pour it over the leaves. Decorate the top with half eggs, fresh dill and parsley.

Appetizer “LoveGame”

For this appetizer you will need fresh salmon fillet. Cut into thin strips, season with salt and pepper and marinate with freshly squeezed tomato juice or a mixture of fresh lemon and orange juice. Add few basil leaves, cover with foil and leave it in a refrigerator for at least 3 hours. During this time, the salmon will marinate to the desired state. Serve the appetizer decorated with capers, lemon slices and dill.

Main meal

Seabream with vegetables “Ocean”

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. Seabream fish
  • 12 sweet peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch dill, parsley and cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper

Mix the green herbs and garlic with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and blend to a paste consistency. Clean the fish, make slits in the meat and rub it with the paste inside and out. Cut peppers and tomatoes into slices. Take a large sheet of aluminum foil and arrange half of vegetables on it. Place fish and bay leaves on top of vegetables, sprinkle with olive oil and wrap. Do the same with the second bream and the rest of the vegetables. Bake 20-30 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree.

Dessert “Desire”

Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 300 g sweet heavy cream with 35% fat
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint

Preparation: Blend the strawberries with vanilla until you get a paste. If using fresh strawberries, keep few for decoration. Beat heavy cream until thick and mix thoroughly with strawberry puree. Put the dessert in cocktail glasses and decorate with whole strawberries and mint leaves.
