Ingredients: 4 lemons, 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds, 1 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, ¼ cup of cornmeal, ½ cup of coconut oil (melt solid coconut oil in a saucepan at low heat).
Instructions: Peel the lemons and leave the peel then mince it. In a bowl, mix poppy seeds, sugar, vanilla, cornmeal and minced lemon peel. Pour melted coconut oil over the ingredients and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Store in a airtight container or a jar. The scrub is good for use up to three months.
Almond & Chocolate Scrub
